The “Saint Sharbel Conference” will be the first of its kind ever held in Ireland. The date and location will be released to the public in the coming weeks.
Not only will there be monks from St. Sharbel’s monastery in Lebanon, but there will be over 100 relics that will be taken to Ireland for this conference from all over the world. Many of these relics will visit for the very first time.
Over the course of the weekend you will have the opportunity to participate in the celebration of the Maronite Liturgy, hear from both incredibly gifted international and Irish speakers, receive blessings from over 100 relics and hear first hand testimonies from those who have received recognized and approved miracles from St. Sharbel and other Moronite saints from Lebanon.
There will be Catholic vendors bringing unique products from other parts of the world we don’t have easy access to here.
There will be confessions, adoration, anointing of the sick, Divine office, a live choir, and many other incredible opportunities to not only learn more about the Eastern and Western sides of our faith but participate and come away after this purpose filled weekend feeling refreshed and with many new heavenly graces stored!
Seating is limited at this conference and there will be a registration process to attend, it will be first come first served. When we are opening registration to the public, we will be announcing it on this website.
With planning any large event, there are costs involved and this event is no different.
We will be many fundraising events in the coming months to cover these costs. Coffee mornings and bake sales at parishes, sponsored raffles, etc.
